Originally from Preston, Steven P. Smith began his artistic journey with a foundation year at Wigan & Leigh College, followed by further studies at Cleveland College of Art. Graduating in 1995, Steven P Smith has built an international reputation for his artwork. His commissioned work includes projects for Madame Tussaud’s, Sea Life, the Blackpool Tower, and prominent institutions like the Natural History Museum.
Steven P. Smith’s paintings have been exhibited with the Royal Institute of Oil Painters and the Royal Society of Marine Artists. Steven is an Associate Member of the Royal Institute of Oil Painters and is also a full member of the Manchester Academy of Fine Arts, where he serves on the Council. In 2023, the Museum of Brands in London hosted a major solo exhibition of his work, inspired by objects from the museum’s own collection.
