James Naughton’s work emerges from three preoccupations, light, the landscape, and the nature of paint, these combine to result in paintings that link tradition and a modern visual experience.
Richard Barrett’s landscapes have an allusive, abstracted quality. The movement of the wind and the rain as well as the drama of shifting light on the land provide magical, fleeting moments in an ever changing landscape.
