Tracey Hollis Rowe is a contemporary British landscape artist based in the North West of England.
Drawing inspiration from memory, Tracey creates dynamic compositions using expressive, gestural marks. Tracey’s process involves layering paints and mediums, utilising palette knives and various tools to build texture, negative spaces, and form. Through this intuitive approach, her artworks evolve organically, revealing images that resonate with a sense of place.
Tracey Hollis Rowe’s work has been showcased in numerous exhibitions, with recent recognition as a finalist in The David Shepherd Wildlife Exhibition 2024. Previous highlights include the New Light 'Curators Choice' exhibition at Scarborough Art Gallery in 2020 and the Manchester HOME Open Exhibition in 2020 and 2022.
